1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by pebbiclicksprint.quest ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

pebbiclicksprint.quest provides autonomous underwater drone cleaning services for marine vessels, docks, piers, and underwater infrastructure. Our services include but are not limited to hull cleaning, dock maintenance, underwater inspections, and infrastructure cleaning.

3. Booking and Scheduling

All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. A booking request does not constitute a confirmed appointment until you receive written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment availability, or safety concerns.

4. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is provided on a per-project basis following an assessment of the scope of work. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative terms have been agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted price. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

6. Liability and Insurance

pebbiclicksprint.quest maintains comprehensive commercial liability insurance. While we take every precaution to prevent damage during cleaning operations, our liability is limited to the direct cost of any damage caused by our equipment, up to the total value of the service contract. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or damage caused by third parties.

7. Environmental Compliance

All our cleaning operations comply with federal, state, and local environmental regulations. Our closed-loop filtration systems are designed to prevent pollutant discharge. Clients agree to provide accurate information about vessel coatings, materials, and any known environmental hazards.

8. Intellectual Property

All inspection footage, reports, and documentation generated during our services are provided to the client for their use. pebbiclicksprint.quest retains the right to use anonymized data and imagery for research, marketing, and service improvement purposes.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
